These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mentogram platform operated by Mentogram / LaunchPilot Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our platform at mentogram.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
By registering for, accessing, or using the Mentogram platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Mentogram is an AI-native learning platform that provides accredited MBA education through a personalised AI learning system built on practitioner knowledge. Our platform includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time with reasonable notice to active students.
To enrol in Mentogram, you must complete our application process and meet the eligibility criteria set by the program. Enrolment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to decline any application without obligation to provide a reason.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the application and registration process. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of your enrolment without refund.
Program fees are as stated on the Mentogram website at the time of enrolment. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. By enrolling, you agree to pay all applicable fees in full prior to accessing the platform.
We reserve the right to modify program fees at any time. Any changes will not affect students who have already paid and enrolled in an active cohort.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to siddharth@mentogram.com within 14 days of your first session or cohort start date. Refunds requested after this window will not be issued. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for students who have accessed more than 20% of their program content or have submitted any assessed work.
As a student on the Mentogram platform, you agree to:
Maya is an AI-powered learning system built on Anthropic's Claude. Your interactions with Maya are designed to support your learning journey. You acknowledge that:
All content on the Mentogram platform — including curriculum materials, practitioner knowledge modules, AI-generated learning content, assessments, branding, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Mentogram / LaunchPilot Pte. Ltd. or our licensed content contributors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use platform content solely for your personal learning purposes during your active enrolment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.
Any work you submit on the platform remains your intellectual property. By submitting work, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for internal quality assurance, program improvement, and anonymised case study purposes.
Mentogram awards an accredited MBA degree in partnership with Woolf - our partner University. Certification is contingent on successful completion of all program requirements, including competency assessments and minimum engagement thresholds.
We make no guarantees regarding the recognition of our accreditation in specific jurisdictions, industries, or by specific employers. Students are responsible for verifying credential recognition applicable to their circumstances before enrolling.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without refund if you:
You may terminate your enrolment at any time by contacting us in writing. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside of the 14-day window described in Section 5.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mentogram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, or failure to achieve any particular learning or career outcome.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Mentogram platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform, including AI-generated content from Maya. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
We do not guarantee any specific career outcome, salary increase, employment, or funding result from completing the program. Outcomes described on our website represent examples from past students and are not guarantees of future results.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless resolved by mutual agreement or mediation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active students of any material changes by email and by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the platform.
